I suppose this could count as filler. I just received in my inbox today a coupon to pass along for free shipping on any books I have for sale. Well, there's always Genre Wars!
If you haven't had the chance to purchase Genre Wars yet, now's your chance to get it a little bit cheaper. The cost is $13 without shipping. Remember, all proceeds still go to the non-profit writing group, Write Girl. Here's the coupon.
This is only good through May 1st.
ALSO! ADDENDUM FROM SCOTT!

Cool tip, Michelle. Thanks for finding this for anyone who might still want one. :)
ReplyDeleteDavin, I hope I didn't steal your Filler Friday...
ReplyDeleteIf so, just post anyway!
No. I was up late working on my job application, so I didn't have any filler material.
ReplyDeleteHey, Filler Friday is mine; I'm just letting you two borrow it. Also, allergy season is here. I am in hell! If I could remove my head, I would.
ReplyDeleteI've had a number of requests from people who want to buy Genre Wars. Is there any kind of code available so I could put the Lulu buy button on my blog? (I am a cybermoron, so this needs to be in words of one syllable.)
ReplyDeleteSyllable has three syllables.
ReplyDeleteI'll let Michelle answer since I don't know how to do this either!
And, Scott, I recommend air filters.
Anyone know how sales are going on the anthology? Just curious.
ReplyDeleteChuck, I think we've sold about 60 copies. I was hoping for something closer to 100, but really I didn't know what to expect. I'll probably supplement the donation to WriteGirl with some of my own money if I feel like it's too low.
ReplyDeleteToo late for me. I already have my copy. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteMichelle,
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by our blog! We're thrilled to have you following. We love your site and appreciate such great posts!
Marissa and Martina
Anne: I will email you that code.
ReplyDeleteMarissa and Martina: Your site is so great! I'm glad to be a part of it.
Off topic, but congratulations, Michelle, on your short story in Rose and Thorns. I am still reflecting on the use you made of water in that story. I don't know that I have come to a conclusion but I certain still sense the viscous quality of a water-drenched emotional and physical environment. Well done.
ReplyDeleteJudy
Judith: Thank you so much for your kind words! They mean a lot to me. I'm so glad the piece stuck with you. It's a strange one I was never should would find a home.
